Interview Participants Wanted!

Hi all! I realize this group hasn't seen any activity in the past year, but I thought I'd give a shout out to see if anyone is still listening. My name is Krista McLuskey. I'm a sociology Master’s student writing my thesis and would like to interview you about how you heard of polyamory, how you became polyamorous, and how you maintain your relationships without widespread societal support. If you’re 21 or older and have been polyamorous for three or more years, please contact me mcluskey@uvic.ca! I'd really appreciate hearing from you. And if you're not interested, but know someone else who might be, I'd appreciate you passing my name on.
Thanks so much for your time!

Hey folks, just stumbled across this community by accident. Looks rather dormant, but thought I'd join since I'm from Calgary. I'm a gay male in an open relationship - oh wait, aren't all gay male relationships open? ;-)

Polyamory workshop –July 28th - Calgary

July 28th P3Gatherings is proud to present a workshop on Polyamory led by Nelson & Jilleena. Many individuals involved in the BDSM lifestyle are attracted to polyamory and other non-monogamous relationship models. In this workshop we’ll aim to go through the possibilities available to us, either in our current or perhaps future relationships. For more information about the class, please visit our website at: http://p3gatherings.com/ Nelson is the current President of the Edmonton O Society and has previously taught along with Mistress Taz for P3Gatherings. Jilleena is the founder of Views from the Bottom – a discussion and educational group for bottoms (submissives, etc) in Edmonton and is also an executive member of the Edmonton O Society.

Our July 28th event also includes:
• Advanced Needle Play workshop with Mistress Taz
• Our regular Private Play Party

We'd appreciate your input!

Hi, I'm posting here because it is glbtq related and I feel strongly that your input can really make a difference. However, if it is not in alignment with the essence of this community, please feel free to release this post.

I want to introduce a brand-new homo/bi/t friendly community: happy_gay_life

This is a community dedicated to building a positive glbtq image by sharing joyful and constructive experiences of being glbtq.

Ever wonder why there are so few glbtq stories/movies with happy endings? I did.

I figure out that it has to come from us. We've got to count our blessings and share these lovely moments with each other: the special moments that bring smiles to our faces, that make our hearts sing, that tickle us, that move us to tears of joy ... on a daily basis.

Every time you share a line of joy, you're contributing to building a positive glbtq image and creating a better life for yourself.

Come! Join us and have some fun!

Brad and Sharon (each married to other people)

Sharon: “Did you just say you love me?”

Brad: “Yes, I did. It’s possible to have romantic feelings for more than one person, it happens all the time.”
